What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), selected service and your message.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.

Why we use it

We use the details you send us only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to deliver our services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 24 months if no project follows. Client records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format by emailing hello@ateliernord.example. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
