How does the first consultation work?
We start with a free 30-minute call to understand your project, then visit the space to measure and discuss ideas in person.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Lyon and the wider Rhône-Alpes region. For larger projects we also travel further; just ask.
Do I need to know my style already?
Not at all. Mood boards and 3D visuals help you discover what you like before anything is built.
Budget & timing
How much does a renovation cost?
Most full renovations fall between €450 and €900 per m², depending on finishes. You receive a detailed fixed-price quote before work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
A design concept takes 3–5 weeks. Renovations usually take 6–12 weeks on site, depending on size and permits.
Do you offer payment in stages?
Yes. Payments are split into milestones tied to clear deliverables, so you only pay for completed work.
During the project
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
Often yes, for single-room projects. For full renovations we plan the work in phases or advise on temporary arrangements.
Is the work guaranteed?
All workmanship is guaranteed for two years, on top of the legal ten-year structural warranty where it applies.
